Olympic Vaulting
McKayla Maroney was not the best vaulter in the world today. I wish she were because after vaulting so well for the past two years, she fell on the day the day that matters most for her event.
But what really upsets me are the people saying that Sandra Izbasa doesn’t deserve her gold medal. She was the best vaulter today. She was the only one who did not fall or step out at all.
Unfortunately McKayla fell on a vault that she has stuck many times, but there’s nothing that can be done about that now and saying someone else didn’t deserve a gold medal because they usually aren’t as good as Maroney is just ridiculous
